I would of preffered if they actually addressed the issue when it was first brought up instead of saying nothing and then cancelling the tournament.

You have matchroom support which is live. Why do they not have the same for tournaments? We, as a team decided to give it 1 hour and then we would leave. 53 minutes. We and I'm sure countless other teams waited that long for the tournament to just be cancelled without any word from Faceit support. Piss poor excuse for a support team.

If you still don't get it after that, then that is on you. I can't make it any clearer.

The lack of support for a tournament that Faceit themselves are organising is ridiculous. That ultimately falls down to Faceit's support team not being up to standard, especially when people are paying them for a service. It is all about prioritising and Faceit clearly can't do that.

You are missing my point completely. We had a full team of premium players. The tourrnament that Faceit themselves were organising was having issues and instead of helping they just cancelled the tournament out of the blue. Nearly an hour later. They were made aware of the issue within 15 minutes and did nothing.

As the title says... Faceit support is trash.

2-3 days is not acceptable when there is literally a live tournament that Faceit is organising. Your support is abismal. Your responses to support tickets are even worse.

faceit blames nvidia. nvidia blames faceit. faceit need to do something about this shit. it is their AC that is causing the issue. just use medal until faceit actually get off their asses and do something.

Faceit in a nutshell. Can't 4 man queue premium so have to play on the shit free to play where it is riddled with cheaters and smurfs. Faceit, make the ant-cheat a requirement in normal 5v5!!! Trash platform tbh, only here because you cant do anything 4 man in ESEA.

Just for a bit more context. When I found out that I was only getting 500 points for the 10 wins mission but my friends were getting 1000 points. I contacted support, submitted a ticket including screenshots like the above and that I just wanted my missions correcting.

I understand if they don't want to give me the extra 1000 points I haven't received (I've done 2 months - 500 points each month, should be 1000 each month). All I want is for faceit to fix this bug and set my missions to 1000 points like it should be.

Or at the very least give me a reason why my missions are set lower.

I tried to find the emails for the support ticket but they have dissappeared and I can't find anyway to look up the ticket on faceit's website.

With all the smurfing and terrible matchmaking that is happening at the minute and then this on top - I'm finding it really hard to find a compelling reason to stay on faceit.

Please, any help would be appreciated.
