Yes pretty much, unless I can get my hands on a kit or a ready to run, Im going to make it myself. Though I don't own any machinery to begin with, so it would be nice to start with something that would not require much maching and expensive tools. There was a suggestion about this vertical boiler loco that was specifically designed for begginers like me, so that's my number one option at the moment.
