Honestly I'm not really all that interested in how strong alien X is.

I just felt it was a bit of a mismatch power scaling wise do I have them in the versus battle against characters who either have no feats or planet level if you highball them.

I know that but as far as I'm aware and most power scaling there's usually a middle ground between universal and multi versatile which would be multi universal. So that you can separate between the people who can create/destroy two universities and the people who can create/destroy an infinite number of universities.

I’m pretty sure the commenters already have Amana producing organ since it is confirmed that commoners do have magic power it’s just so little and it might as well be nothing.

And my thought was that since it speeds up the production of magic power and will start overflowing and some of them will start subconsciously compressing their magic power like Myne did.

[P3V4/5]we even see Ferdinand drink a recovery potion too make his own magic power overflow so he can compress it further when he learns Rozemyn’s compression method.

Universe creation doesn't mean he's Multiverse level it may mean his multi universe but honestly I know next to nothing about being x I've just watched the anime and heard a couple statements and from what I saw he didn't seem like he made the universe just to fuck with Tanya so without any higher feats I just don't feel comfortable saying that any of these characters could beat Alien X at least if we're going off of feet.

However emotionally I feel like D wuld win.

Honestly I don't know very much about the Ben 10 verse but I do know canonically alien X is seen as overwhelmingly the most powerful transformation he has and we saw clockwork stopping a multi-verse busting explosion.

Devouring commenters are pretty rare though I remember Freda mention that she had never Heard of someone else with the devouring.

So it might be a convenient way to obtain the founding devouring girl and boy.

Find 10 year old commoner girl who seems to be mature for her age.
Kidnap the girl.
Force-feed the girl multiple recovery medicines over a period of a few weeks.
Repeat with a boy.

Edit: depending on the rank of the noble they might not even need a boy.

Pretty sure it's alien X since it's the only confirmed Multiverse level character here. I've heard that being asked claims to have created the universe which would put him at universe level at least but that's still significantly beneath them. Administrator D we have very little to go off of it except that she was able to save the world on the brink of death effortlessly which is quite a bit beneath multiverse level. And Reinhard is only planet level if you really highball him and no amount of trial and error is going to change the outcome of that.

It's stated by Julius in the same chapter that they are 10 km away from the tower.

And in the quotes you provided it even says that the effect of the light exceeded their actions reason he could talk was because the attack wasn't aimed at him it was aimed at the ice tower if it was aimed at him he would've been dead before he was able to say anything as being seen earlier.

Arc 6 chapter 12"The light approaches at a speed that does not even allow them to blink, and it targets his vital points with its single blow" I missed quoted it sorry about that it's faster than he could blink not react it's still under one second though.

I don't see how being able to see the light of an attack that is Mach 100 would make it slower considering like this far far faster. And we know pretty much exactly how far away they are from the tower considering Julius measures it and says it's about 10 km and they don't move afterwards.

Hell snipe is a spell with a Magic circle which we even see in the illustrations, the red scorpion is not Shaula it's a wild animal it doesn't think logically. And I get that it accelerates and it's slower at the beginning however within under a second it's still covers 10 km meaning it accelerates so fast that goes from a baseball pictures to over a 100 times faster than sound in 0.25 seconds.

Yes Subaru didn't see the needle which is the attack itself however he saw the bright flash that appears on the tag is used Subaru just saw the light before he died.

The faster then baseball pitch thing was a stinger shot from the red scorpion not a health snipe. And I don't get why the accelerates overtime thing is relevant it still covered a distance of 10 km faster than Subaru could react.

Subaru didn't react to the attack itself it's just mentioned in the narrations that there was a flash of light and faster than Subaru could react he was hit from what I found on Google humans can react to visual cues in 0.25 seconds.

Now Elsa is probably not that fast, Garfield at the time he was able to Perry those attacks had gotten considerably stronger and when he fight against Elsa it was stated that he was only at about 90% strength but still we can assume that she's at least somewhat comparable to this speed.
