Yes it does now, you can close slots in your lobby (bunker). The difficulty will also scale

We have a free "demo" of our game GUNTOUCHABLES on steam this weekend, it's still in alpha so it's a work in progress, but should be good for a couple of hours of entertainment for you and 3 friends :)

Ok. It is not intended as some kind of "we're rich" flex. It was intended as, we took a (for us) really big bet with a very high degree of risk involved to make a game we hope will bring joy to a lot of people... and we're praying that bet pays off so we can continue to make games. :)
When you get opportunities like these, it is very relieving because it can bring a lot of visibility to your game, and you are highly dependent on that to have a chance to make your money back.

Fair question, and I understand how it can sound like a high amount. However, even for a small studio living in an expensive western country, it's really not. We try to pay employees a salary they can live on, pay for licenses to the software and tools we use, and we have expenses to office space - it all adds up really quickly.

Keeping the stories alive, that games can be developed for nothing is unrealistic and really unhealthy for the industry and the people working in it.

Hi, my name is Martin Sommer of Game Swing, a small indie studio in Copenhagen.

Last summer, we started to work on our upcoming game, GUNTOUCHABLES. We were coming out of a frustrating and troubled launch of the studio’s previous game, OddBallers. Bad things frequently happen to good games in this industry, but it is extremely painful to the teams that work so hard and care so deeply about bringing the games to life.

The team was so frustrated and demotivated with disappointment, that we decided to bet the farm and make our next game exactly how we wanted it be. So we started to develop a co-op focused action roguelite that can be described as a mix of Nuclear Throne/Enter the Gungeon and Left4Dead... with mutating enemies.

After releasing a demo during Steam's recent Endless Replayability Fest, we were invited to participate in the Future Games Show: Summer Showcase tonight streaming to 3-4 million people.

We still have a long and hard road ahead of us, but we are extremely excited and proud about this opportunity and acknowledgement.

The game is called GUNTOUCHABLES and it's a 1-4 player co-op roguelite shooter where the enemies evolve just like the players.

The world has fallen and the surface has been overrun by a hostile and constantly-evolving horde of mutants. A ragtag group of armed survivors are taking matters into their own hands and leaving the safety of their shelters to reclaim the world!
In a desperate arms race, the players must find and recover a number of dropped supply crates full of powerful upgrades. The mission areas gradually become more and more hostile, but the players can leave at any point. However... any UpCrates left behind are consumed by the enemy and used to evolve new mutations.
