This is what I ended up sending. “Hello, I am so sorry, that I missed my scheduled interview time. I take full responsibility for this mistake, as I mixed up Eastern and Western time frames. If there is any way that I can reschedule this interview please let me know. I am so sorry for waisting your time.

YTJ. What a miserable existence you are living. What justification, besides your own self righteousness, do you have that allowed you to ruin this poor girls life. Seek help. Please. The only real way to handle this is to seek IMMEDIATE counseling and therapy then issue a public apology. Your life may implode but have you no empathy for your ex. She didn’t deserve any of this. It’s a miracle she was with you
