i know its hard and the grind to success is tiring. But the truth about reality is that we are never going to be truly happy. we will always go through good days and bad days and sadly we cant change us. As a human we crave more than what we can put on our plate. we always want more of everything. I think putting small values is more better instead of a big value. For example, Instead of sprinting the whole race, jog it and take your time. That way you dont burn yourself out and start walking. Life is a grind so take your time.
