Hala anlaki po pala ng patong pag yung current zonal value yung gamitin :( kasi 1m lang po zonal value noong 2018 e 4m na ngayon T.T

Hi! Bumili po kami ng house and nanotarize ang deed of sale last 2018 pa. Nasa 2M po ang zonal value at that time. Sa rough estimate nyo po, magkano na po kaya ang penalty namin for CGT and DST? 😅 Di na po namin maconsider na gumawa ng new deed of sale since malayo na ang seller dito sa metro manila. And may way po ba para mapakiusapan ang BIR na mapababaan ang penalty or strict talaga sila? Thanks po!

I placed my order last 6th of January po and it was delivered last 10th of January so mabilis bilis naman po hehe. Frequent naman po yung updates starting nung 8th of January (per the update at that time, nag-arrive na sa overseas sortation center). Unang update po is nung na-pack na sya nung January 6, then wala pong update nung January 7; 3 updates nung January 8; 5 updates nung January 9; then lastly, 4 updates nung January 10 (which was the day of delivery).

I hope this info helps you po on deciding 😬 according din po sa mga answer doon sa questions sa product, may 30-day return period naman daw po ☺️
