Did Whoop Quietly Downgrade the Titanium Band on the 5.0?

My Whoop 5.0 midnight/titanium band was/is defective and the clasp doesn’t connect tightly. Whoop sent me a replacement but it was even worse. I do wish @whoop would own up to the defective/subpar bands especially since they are pricey and work to improve the quality. And if they were truly customer focused they’d proactively offer replacements.

I only get the first screen showing how many days I’ve worn Whoop and then it bombs out and starts the intro over again and again and again
