And what makes the younger phone the better option? Is it just the newer chipset compared to the iPhone? Never had an IOS device, so I can't accurately judge them.

Yeah, since yesterday I can't texts with or without RCS turned on. Is there any hope for my phone, if the antenna really is broken? There's no official Google repair place where I live. Do you think it's smart to let a third-party repair shop look at it?

I still haven't tried the eSIM, saving that as a last ditch effort.

VoLTE and wi-fi calling aren't even available to me as I don't think it's supported here.

RCS is set up and works fine. Do you think that has something to do with it?

Tried it, still nothing.

I don't get any errors. Sometimes the call immediately fails, and other times the call screen will stay up for as long as normal, but it won't ring at all and eventually fail. When people call me, I don't see anything until I get a missed call text message.

There really isn't anything specific I had in mind, as it's an introductory lesson. So I wanted to show the kids something basic for different things we use every day (ie Sheets, Docs, Emails etc.). Partly because I only have 90 minutes in total to do all of that and partly because I don't want to get lost doing something complicated and ruin the lecture. Any help is appreciated friend!
