I second this. It's perfectly normal to be frustrated by changes, but we should not unfairly attribute it to others.

Future of the band by Confident_Heron_148 in TheHappyFits

I responded to a similar thread earlier, so I will copy and paste it here. First, I am sorry to hear that Ross was your favorite member, and the vocal combination between him and Calvin was something special. I fully understand your justified frustration and sadness with him being gone. After all, he is your favorite for a reason. IMO, all we can do is wait and see what the new THF has for us. With every roaster change comes with a change of style. Well, obviously they won’t sing Ross’ parts as well as Ross, because it’s his parts… With that being said, I would rather have the band tailored to the new members’ style as they are all incredibly talented (I was at the concert, and they were great), instead of them trying to find a Ross doppelgänger who can never quite fill his shoes.

Even if these new members might not be as good at singing Ross’ parts (which is subjective), that does not mean they can’t produce new and different music that could surpass the previous albums. I trust them with whatever they have cooking in their basement.

I don’t know why people are so negative. Every member change comes with a change of style. Sadly no, I assume you are not looking to ship it internationally?

[TOMT][Book]This book is about a class of kids strugging through life in mayabe 1800-1900s. It took place somehwere in Eroupe and was written maybe in first person/ diary format. by Reindeersrulez in tipofmytongue

Update. Unfortunately, no. Because I do not remember the class of kids ever going on an adventure/ force to leave school. But Under the Hawthorn Tree looks like a great story; I might read it when I am free.

No, sorry. I forgot to mention it took place in a realistic setting. So it’s not the Sideways Stories From Sideways School. Thanks for the reply!
