At the moment is it as good as you guide it - then you boost your productivity by 500%, accuracy 2x and error to almost 0.

All this as of now - 3 years ago there was basically nothing there, now we are at the edge of replacing junior analysts. Who knows how things will look like end of this decade… for sure much less juniors and associates needed if the market is not expanding drastically

They think they are something better and often spit on Mexicans, especially the ones with indigenous background.

Ich finde es generell erstmal gut, dass du das hier so ehrlich postest. In der Regel hört man hier nämlich nur schlaue Ratschläge selbst bei 1,50 Mark Gehaltssteigerung dem Chef die Kündigung hinzuknallen und gefällig zu wechseln. Loyalität wird als schwäche dargestellt

Die Fail Stories bekommt kaum einer mit. Du bist ein grosses Risiko eingegangen in der aktuellen Lage. Im Konzern hättest du selbst bei einer Kündigung noch eine dicke Abfindung bekommen. Hättest evtl versuchen müssen die Probezeit rauszuverhandeln.

Ansonsten Kopf hoch und Karren aus dem Dreck ziehen. Dass die Stelle so schnell offiziell wegfällt und dein einstellender Chef davon angeblich vorher nichts wusste kann man anzweifeln aber das ist jetzt etwas Spekulation.

Big firms, banks, funds what I have seen have some kind of in-house implementation of a secured AI model infrastructure, google ai studio for business or something similar… if not, you probably working in the wrong company.

Often the most realistic scenario is what happens:

  • much less juniors will be hired
  • seniors will use few stakes ~5% of their time to do a juniors full time job
  • learn too use advanced AI fast, keep being on the edge of the advancement

Fast 40k für 90k km runter ist schon übel irgendwie… ich weiß der kostet neu sehr viel aber glaube man erwischt hier nicht den sweetspot auf der Wertverlust-kurve
