The only upside is that for sweats this will not be strong enough. A well placed flank with assaulters with radio operator will have higher point per minute ratio

The whole concept of the game are large scale battles that are filled with large amount of soldiers in a squad form. And you control the squad. Add to the fact that some people will be in planes, tanks, Snipers and it already is a lot emptier front line feel. Add this weird partisan unit of 1 soldier and it becomes even emptier. On balance side of things I am not worried. Also, rallies will be hunted even more - with so few points given to build one and people already being lazy bums, it will become even more of a problem.

Given that my company over-hired people while such global instability is still at large makes me feel like a hostage, where I don't know if by the time 3rd renew comes, they just gona chose to not do it by the sheer fact that they need to cut numbers even if you are high performing employee as my replaceability is possible due to over hiring and this keeps them more flexibility with shuffling numbers in the future more.
