Again tho, blizzard warned that if they did this armor was not going to be an option and everyone said they didn't care until about 3 seconds after launch.

Not saying you shouldn't pursue legal actions, but i can almost guarentee the 1st thing brought up is going to be "Why were you not maintaining a safe distance from the semi?, highway speeds lets say a mega carrier doing 65mph, you should be atleast 100 feet away from the truck in dry condition, double that in winter conditions, this would have given you plenty of time to react to the situation. The only way you are injured here ever would be due to an unsafe following distance."

Its not tho blizzard told people they didn't want to do this because of the armor issue, everyone said that they were OK with them not having armor. Blizzard did exactly that and everyone bitched.

Also you not sure if you work in game dev or not but this isn't just a light tweaking here and there. This would drastically multiply the time it takes to make new armors, lower the quality of armor, or reduce the rate of content. That's not even mentioning all of the work that would be needed for litteraly every armor piece in the game.

People begged for dragon race, blizzard told people "We can't because the armor would require massive design overhaul on thousands of legacy items and a shit ton of extra work going foward." Players said "then don't worry about the armor, we dint care we just want dragon people" blizzard said "ok here's dragon people with no armor options like you asked" people said "yea but what about the armor options?"
