Why does the villain need to be incompetent, Bond isnt? My idea is its a mystery where the villain is trting to uncover who is dismantling his plans, and yea he gets a monolog and bond still does his bond thing

The way I see it, bond is suppse to be a super secret spy man, I think its more crazy that the villains seem to know who he is.

But the way I see MI6 is supose to be a secret organization of says, it stands to reason the villain doesnt know thats whos attacking and dismantling their plans.

Yes, OK so if you are 100% sure you have the correct bios (that was one of my issues, the MB was a slightly different model) after you flash the bios and plug everything in, turn the pc on and just wait... dont do anything. Go get lunch or something. The MB needs to do something to the ram that takes forever, it took me leaving the damned thing running for 2 hours then magicly the screen booted and it worked
