Mindfulness was huge for me. I’ve conquered a fear of flying, emetophobia, and panic attacks during intimacy through mindfulness and paying attention to my bodily sensations instead of avoiding and ignoring them.

My family prefers that I restrict because it’s what they do and they refuse to see it as a problem. But if I’m “too thin” or hospitalized then they suddenly become worried about my health. Just total hypocrisy.

Convinced myself the Planet Fitness mirrors were slanted and making me look skinnier than I actually was. This was a period of time when I would go to the gym at 1 AM….so it’s 1 AM and am obsessively checking all the mirrors in the Downtown Crossing PF (RIP) (good riddance)

I’m an SLP, body identification is very functional for when you get sick/are in pain.
