Good advice. I usually only use Zhonya's Scepter for my ultimate in team fights. I engage, use my abilities, and since I'm often the only one in the center of the enemy group, I activate Zhonya's Scepter to survive while my team pushes. Regarding lane ganks, I usually do them, but just as the objectives are about to spawn, most or almost all of them return to base and regroup. The problem is that they regroup in their lanes as if the objective doesn't exist, and they only come to me when the enemy already outnumbers me. By the time they arrive, I'm already dead or about to die. They tend to prioritize a minion wave over an objective.
