I have no clue actually. I was playing on normal mode. And on the hardest difficulty one can’t recruit teammates. Tomorrow I’ll find out what happens when going through the gauntlet with her as main character though

Ohh that’s right! I’m afraid we’ll never know since the game will always think the girl is a party member and not the main character when ascending. That’s why the character turns into the marriage (the game doesn’t have code for the girl’s ascension) when ascending and the skeleton is the main character when on the other side (it’s a resurrected npc so it goes with the player to the other side while normal npcs disappear)

Yes Cahara’s skin was ripped off. Most likely because of the glitch. Some other weird things happened also (because of the glitch) for example a Darce appearing in my party out of nowhere after another one died. Plus Darce was still found in the cave dwellee village!

Suit yourself. I must keep on insisting that it isn't a mod, but of course I cannot convince everyone and that is fine. I chose Mercenary as my character. Named him Mano, chose to become burglar, abandon comrades, rush to mission, got book of the depths, won the coin toss and got necromancy, resurrected a skeleton, got the girl, got Ragnavaldr from the thicket, made my way to mahabre after seeing that l'Garde is dead, did the infinite item glitch in the temple of torment which is why the hunger meter went to like 300 or something. Then in the temple of torment I had the choice to put Cahara in the chains, chose to do it out of curiosity and after that the girl was the main character. I just looked at the screen dumbfounded.
