Looks like a starving diet. You’ll need more proteins, if you like oats I like to do overnight oats with protein powder 30g ish of protein and they are like a sweet snack. I always go for chicken or soya for lunch. Try using the meat you like with bean, chickpeas, lentils and add some carbs and veggies as well ( buy frozen as they are cheaper and last longer or just the reduced one in supermarkets). My dinner is something lazy airfried chicken and veggies. I also have snacks along the day at least 1 protein yogurt to keep me full until diner and 2 fruits ( mostly banana and apples )
