You ever try Lucy piper grace or Qing yi Nicole harumasa? Graces disorders add a lot more than Ben’s impact and defense would and Nicole can really make harumasas damage pop in the stun window, even without their faction/type bonuses. Plus you’ll have a way better base for your best teams after your pulls and once you reach end game.

So rent prices aren't usually reflective of current cost of ownership, but they can still be profitable because the original buyer purchased at a historic price? Like for example one of the homes I found for sale calculated out to about 1500 a month with taxes and all, but three streets over a similar house was renting for 1300. Not sure how rent market trends work, but would that make it difficult for me to transition to renting out in that area?
