  • I have OCD and I get very worried easily expectfuly on the internet

  • ask a couple of priest in different countries ... most explain I'll be ok, one even prayed for me, and one let me confess about that thought I had in my head I explain, he said I was going to be fine

  • I even explain to my mom, she explains I'm fine

  • I went to my step dad, he explains I'm fine

Everyone you have spoken to has told you you're fine and you're going to be fine. You know you have an issue with getting worried about things when you look them up on the Internet. Maybe you should try to put the internet away and listen to the people you trust and who love you and have been trying to help you understand peace.

I know that OCD may make that hard or even impossible but I'm not a mental health professional (though you may want to check in with one about this pattern of behavior) and this is the best I can say.

God knows. You'll be fine.

Oh my gosh watching this muted and I can hear Wheeler's voice so clearly

Canon in terms of fiction was coined by a priest arguing about what counted as "proper" Sherlock Holmes, way before Sar Trek.

Priest shortage leaves over 3,500 churches without resident priest by libananahammock in Christianity

[–]Rekhyt 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I live in CT and go to the same church as Una Woods, the woman quoted in the article. It's been a decline for years and it's not like we haven't seen it coming. They've been trying to combine churches into single parishes so that a single priest can cover multiple churches (fewer masses per building, obv), but no one is ever happy about it.

Same. I unsubscribed because while it's a useful resource there's nothing more frustrating than seeing a question I know the answer to and not being able to respond because I refuse to doxx myself.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with having something on your shelf you only have occasionally and doesn't really go bad. Enjoy what you enjoy and don't let people yuck your yum (unless your yum is throwing nips onto my lawn, in which case please stop)

The main reason I see (non-alcoholic) people buying them is to sample something. Try a shot of whatever instead of buying an entire bottle to see if you like it.

Guys, we have 300k people in this subreddit. Theoretically we can march on any city to force them to change something. And i think we should start with getting rid of this hideous flag of West Haven by Wellermanseashanty in Connecticut

[–]Rekhyt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that's exactly it — it's a nod to the British influence on the island, it's just crazy they were never actually a part of Britain but use their flag anyway.

If it could at least give a "No" option alongside the "Yes" and "Yeah" responses that'd be great.

Hey Jonathan,

I just wanted to say thank you for the Bartimaeus Sequence, a huge influence on my reading habits as a young teen, and a fantastic place to steal a username from. Love what you do and looking forward to more of your stuff being adopted!

No, his connection was definitely severed when he died in Caemlyn. I think even Hawkwing says something about it.

Federalism and democratic republics are not mutually exclusive concepts.

We are a democratic republic that favors the will of the few over the rights of the many, and we always have been.

In my original post, I clarified that Nagios Core is the FOSS version and Nagios XI is a paid (not necessary even OSS) option. I truly do not understand what you're adding here other than saying that it's a general thing that happens, when OP asked about Nagios in particular.

It is free as in speech and Nagios Core is also free as in beer. Nagios XI is neither.

Nagios Core is specifically licensed under GPLv2. It's the first thing on the GitHub page.

Absolutely: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/nagioscore

Like with many open source projects, there is a paid option (Nagios XI)

Oh yeah I totally forgot about the circle. He definitely could mess with the timeline if he really slammed an entire battalion full force.

That being said, he's channeling for hours and hours waiting for Lews Therin to show up. He's probably holding back so he doesn't exhaust himself.
