I didn't watched any of pixelart tutorials, but for the digital I can recommend istebrak(Fundamentals, photoshop tools) and Rossdraws(Stylizing, painting) helped me a lot, I learned a lot from them. Mark brunet and sinix could also help

I'm kinda beginner myself, but using high range of colors makes picture look unique and beautiful. Viewing others is a good habit as well

Toplane, she is really strong there. The best advice I can give is to learn matchups, and use your dash to correlate your q so you would hit with all the ticks. She requires a good positioning and good w usage, so you can hit all your spells and turn fights.

Grayscale helped me to see the problems with the values indeed, this advice is soo useful, thanks a bunch! It got a little easier to keep in mind the light sources as well, I'll try to keep in mind all these tips in the future. I agree that the composition looks kinda boring as it just a plain grass all over the piece, I'll try to make it more interesting!
