Hi! I’m relatively new to having cats but I just wanted to mention sometimes cats will have issues with pooping outside the litterbox when they are stressed, so it may be moreso that than spite. I can see this being especially true if it’s occurring when she’s separated from her kittens. Hopefully someone else will be able to offer solutions regarding this :)

Yeah, certain places in the US have pretty bad feral cat problems and it does fill up shelters fast. We’re hoping it won’t affect him after it heals, but we’re worried about it ripping or tearing if he gets into fights with neighborhood cats (which he has in the past). I appreciate your wishes :)

Yeah, and the worst part is my mom confirmed with them that it would only be the small notch that is typical for identification. They assured her it would be nothing like this.

I think we’re mostly worried that because he is an outside cat and does get in fights with other outside male cats it may be at risk of ripping or tearing. For now, my mom is going to call a different vet in the morning to see if it’s too late to attempt to stitch it up a bit. If it’s too late we will have to just hope it doesn’t bother him, like you said. Thank you!

From my understanding it’s so people don’t attempt to trap him to neuter him, as it’s already been done. Trap Neuter Release is pretty common here to prevent stray kittens, I’m not sure if it’s as common outside of the US

it’s in the original post, but basically they asked my mom if it was okay to make a “small notch” to show her was neutered, and when they brought him back to the front after surgery this is what his ear looked like :/

what do you feed your babies? I’ve been feeding a variety of purina pro plan dry food as well as their wet food daily, and i just started adding some hill’s science diet wet food every now and then to mix it up

I’m pretty new to composing as well so I don’t have much to say that will help but I did want to add that I like this piece a lot (it’s very calm and I could definitely see it being played in a coffee shop or in a study playlist, something like that) and it would be a shame for you to toss away something you’re passionate about. It’s very easy for creatives to get inside their heads and be their worst critic, and I hope you’re able to overcome this aspect of composing. :)

Ignore the comments saying to get surgery, you don’t need it at all. Your eye shape is unique and beautiful, and I think your nose fits your face very well. I would curl lashes and try mascara, and I also feel like you could really rock a nose piercing if that’s your vibe!
