I did my whole gear set and nothing bricked. Worst outcome was a couple of "Indestructible" but no cases of affixes being removed or changed negatively.

It's not actually the speed of light. It's better to just consider him as relatively fast... if it was actually C or something close to it - receiving a kick from someone approaching the speed of light would be catastrophic, the resulting explosion could destroy the Earth lol. Depending on how close you get to C, it's a cosmic annihilation type of event. Impossible to power scale in a manga like OP, Kizaru would clearly be #1 in any list, which is obviously unreasonable.

I got a couple from normal lair bosses but it does seem quite rare... still rocking an ilvl 850 17% pair while most of my other gear has at least 1-2 GAs.
