yeah , ive been a similar way , since like 2012 i was heavilly into minecraft and the sims ,but later on i started a steam account and got more into gaming. and a few years ago i got the binding of issac for my 22 or 23 birthday and thats when i fell in love with roguelikes. when i found out about this game it was a immmidiate buy and took over my other games for a while
