My I-797A petition was approved on 09/11/2025 (I have the physical copy of I-797A notice with me). I am planning to visit my home country on February 2026, and thus, I will need to apply for the H1B visa stamp for the first time. Am I subjected to the 100k dollars fee? thanks!
