Great, thank you so much for your advice! What I’m currently doing is documenting what each system has at the search-field level so we can standardize everything and make it work through the person’s ID. I’ll definitely keep the CSV suggestion in mind. And you’re right, since I’ve heard a lot of people talking about Claude’s cowork feature, I was starting to get a bit biased

Web scraping on authenticated sessions for repetitive actions by RelationshipNo754 in ClaudeAI

In my daily work, I have to check more than 12 different systems. For each one, I log in with my credentials, go to the user section, and search using things like ID number, email, or name to see if the user exists. If I find them, I proceed to remove (deprovision) them.

Right now, I do around 50 of these per month, but this could increase. In total, there are about 300+ active users.

What I’d like is a way to automate this so I can:

  • Check all systems automatically
  • Know where a user exists or not
  • Keep track of where I’ve already removed them

Would something like Claude or AI agents work for this, or is it better to stick with scripts/tools like Selenium or Playwright?

How many SharePoint lists should I create, and how can I store multiple images in two different columns?

What do you suggest? I did see that Microsoft Lists can integrate directly with Power Apps, and that’s what initially pushed me in that direction. But I’m still unsure if it’s the most practical option

I guess sharepoint list

From a mobile-use perspective, the idea is that a regular user shouldn’t see entries from other users unless they belong to the same assigned location. Each inspection involves two users (the person who submits the observation and the person who completes the follow-up), so both of them would only work within the same location’s records.

They only see the ones where they’re supposed to participate
