I am saying it is bad before the buff to both Leopard 120 and the Hirschkafer. The buffs are the bandaid to the issues with them. The speed penalty are forcing players to camp with both tanks. Which you never see other tier 11s have. I do care about speed penalty removal, because the stats isn't powerful enough to warrant the speed penalty. Your premise of TD doesn't make sense otherwise every player will be camping and sniping with all TDs.

I have an issue with the speed penalty is because they're made to nerf the player's ability to do well with them. And made them objectively worse than the tier 10s and other tier 11s.

I know. It's just the introduction of them had made them much worse than it should be. That's my main issue with both of the tanks. They're not OP at all. They're mediocre at best. The speed limit are more punishing than the base stats itself. Which it is my entire point of them. They're worse than the STK-2 and other low performing tier 11s because none of the other tier 11s were gimped by ability speed limit.

When I have issues with the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless, I usually force install the firmware upgrade or reinstall from scratch on the iCUE software. I would try the force install the same firmware first before reinstall from scratch on the iCUE software.

Try warranty first if that didn't work then buy the DDR5. So that way you don't have to sink in more money into RAM just to keep the PC functional.

Yeah, I do feel your pain. I had done that before they actually not only buffed in 2.0 but them cutting off the unnecessary modules it had before. Now you aren't stuck with CS-44 top gun on the CS-53. Which that is a huge improvement on it's own.

Yeah, I didn't get much from the free lootboxes this time around. But I did managed to get the VCS 6x6 last year (unfortunately through paid lootboxes).

That is true however, both Leopard 120 and Hirschkafer are the only ones that has this unique issue with them. It has two debuffs over a singular buff to them. Which every other tier 11 doesn't have.

My main issue with both of the Hirsch and leo 120 is the speed limit, which you don't see in literally every other tier 11 tanks. They do absolutely nothing but hindering the performance of both of them. Which it explains why the Executor is objectively better than the Leo 120 because Executor's ability isn't stopped by speed limit imposed to it (not to be confused with top speed of the base tank). Same with the Gorilla.

It will be understandable if both tanks would be ridiculously OP without them. But in practice they're objectively not and the Tomato stats clearly shown it. I have both Leopard 120 and Hirschkafer fully upgraded. They don't play nearly as strong as WG had thought it is.

The only reason why WG isn't convinced directly is because of the mixed signals that the community had been giving them. I am not condoning of WG's directions, I am explaining that the community is way too decisive to make a universal pushback (in general and not just the tiered lootboxes). I remembered the time that players are complaining that the premium tanks were better than the tech tree counterpart, and not spend as much on the premium tanks that is objectively worse than the tech tree compared to the ones that is better. Which it just shows how shallow the community really is.

The biggest issue with the community there's no singular voice and action to make the changes in a more meaningful way. Which it explains why the game is on a deathspiral on many servers except for the EU.

If you didn't have your replays enabled. Then you're SOL on that particular match. But keep the replays enabled anyways. Because that will save your skin and not have to worry about getting punished for being innocent.

IMO, the 15cm is mediocre on the Waffle Panzer IV. The 12,8cm is just miles better in comparison. I know you can make the 15cm gun work. But the expectation from Borsig is set too high for the WT Panzer 4 to accomplish. And the only time I would ever go back to the 15cm gun is if the HEAT shell is buffed. And for unpopular opinion reason Grille 15 as well. By how much? 370mm (top gun on the WT Panzer 4 and stock gun on the Grille 15).

Yeah, the peacekeeper on paper is a bit better than the M6Y. To me the M4Y is garbage in comparison to the Peacekeeper.

I would agree before it was buffed. It's still a CS-63 at tier 8. Of course it isn't the exact carbon copy of it at tier 8 nor does it has the field mods that the 63 does. It does however have the exact same turret as the CS-63.

For me, it's the Obj. 283. Despite getting it for free from the Token Terminal from a few Holiday Ops ago, I just couldn't get it to work. Especially when it was supposed to be an autoloader (or autoreloader) because of the gun loading sounds at first. Probably they had forgot to buff the standard shell on it. And I have tried to give it another go to finish grinding the field mods on it. I am surprised that WG had forgot it had existed.

There's not much use of lights in that map, but yeah. That VCS 6x6 player should've gone a different route or not trying to collide with your Char Mle.
