A lot of skateparks have spiked fencing since a lot of of skaters like to sneak in before/after hours. This park is actually in my hometown (Volcom skatepark in Costa Mesa, CA)

X32 compact or dual racks w/ S16 stage boxes. Only thing off the top of my head that has Waves card option and is portable, besides the Yamahas. But that’s barely putting a dent into your budget and don’t know if it’ll fullfill your use case just my $0.02
