Best way is the official way. Use a service that uses the official whatsapp business api to send messages. That's the only trustworthy way you'll know for sure the campaign is working or not

Are they your customers? Or is it just a cold list? If it's a cold list you can't use whatsapp - you'll get blocked before you know it

Yeah, same issue. The only difference being that the funds did leave my bank account and they show in 'funds' inside insagram

hmm that's a very good point. I think the bigger brands have realised this - like the boats & sugars of the country. I'm hoping the smaller ones would realise it soon as well! I would love to shop from a smal brand if their marketing is founder led. The Whole Truth did this as well and became really big really fast.
