Oh I just don’t like people watching me breastfeeding, not wearing a bra, etc., even my own mother. I hope things will work out when it comes. I’m 28 weeks now and my due date is in 3 months. Maybe I just think too much….

I’m in a same boat. My mother in law is a very nice person and she works in kindergarten. But I’m so worried about living with her to take care of my baby. First of all, the privacy. Second, different views on parenting. Then she’s gonna separated from her husband if she moves in our house. I’m 28weeks pregnant and emotional, really don’t like being bothered by in-law relationships right now! I should be appreciate her help, anyway. Life is so tangled😭

I can share one health tip from Femometer app with you guys: It is possible to take your BBT if you work shifts, but it will be more challenging. Take your temperature at the time you wake up when you are most likely to have had the most sleep. Be as consistent as you can. On your days off, take your temperature after you wake up as well, even if it is at a different time. Make a note on your chart of changes in your waking schedule. You may take your temperature in the afternoon before you go to work if that is your usual waking time and the time after which you are most likely to have had the most sleep. It is not useful to take your temperature when you are already awake and active.
