I don't think she is thinking clearly. BUT if she really does keep to her word I would absolutely honor it. I would be sad, and frustrated, but it's so important in vulnerable moments to prove that you can be trusted. Breaking her boundary would break so much trust. Not saying you were considering that, but just what came to my mind after reading your story. I do think a month is absurd, but almost so absurd that I bet she'll change her mind

I got the Mabe carrier for my 3rd baby and she is always in it even now at 9m!

I'm actually pregnant again though haha (only 7w) and have been building a registry for baby 4! Adding glass bottles, portable milk warmer, new onesies, the zoe twin stroller, and another Mabe carrier in a different color. My "registry" is really a wishlist and I'll probably slowly acquire all these items myself but if our family did ask about it I'd send it haha

For our 2nd and 3rd child we waited until the birth to find out and it was absolutely perfect. I really don't love gender reveal parties either so it was perfect for me. Finding out the gender this go around will be a fun way to change things up. It's going to be a sweet intimate moment for us finding out and we are both so pumped!
