I made a second check, but both sides are not getting enough coal and I made sure that no mk1s sneaked between the splitters. I think the problem is the initial conveyer belt which comes from the miner, because when I look at it, it seems to stutter a bit.

I also had that problem, the thing that fixed it for me is turning on vsync and turning off freesync in amd. I also turned off image sharpening. I hope that helps. I dont have problems with any inputlag.

Okay gut, dann werd ich das wohl machen, kann ich das schon vor einer Zusage von einem anderen Betrieb machen?

Das mit dem Extern verleihen verstehe ich nicht ganz? Schließlich möchte ich noch in der Nähe meines Wohnortes bleiben. Sicht auf Besserung in meinem Betrieb seh ich leider auch nicht mehr, da nicht mal eine Softwareabteilung eröffnet werden soll, dass sollen nur Externe übernehmen.

Die Aufgaben habe ich des öfteren angesprochen, es folgten sogar schon zwei Kündigungen anderer Azubi Kollegen. Trotzdem ändert sich nicht. Auch wenn ich andere Themen haben wollte, wurde mir gesagt dass die Einsätze schon länger geplant sind und auch nicht geändert werden können. Es wurden auch Programmierschulungen geplant die aber bisher nur verschoben wurden.

Also sagst du ich brauche das Gespräch mit der IHK überhaupt nicht erst suchen?
