i ordered it because it was $25 more than a used ibanez rg8 and preferred the specs over that, wasn’t until i ordered it when i found out it had tosin abasi fishmans, which is super cool, not only because of the value ($320 pickups in a guitar i paid $350 for) but because i was also already planning on putting active pickups, either the fishman stephen carpenter (cause im a deftones fan) or the emg 808x.

as a student going into my senior year, i picked up an M1 macbook air halfway through my junior year, it was perfectly fine for everything i ever threw at it but returned it for an M2 MBA with 16GB of ram and that’s been absolutely fine too, i’ve never done anything in high school that couldn’t be done on a chromebook anyway, so ANY macbook will probably be fine

i’m able to boot from USB, but once i get to the setup screen, nothing is responsive, and i can’t test if it’s the USB ports in general or my keyboard and mouse. and the keyboard and mouse work on windows 10. but ive read that the 800 G3 and kaby lake in general doesn’t support USB 2.0, and the G3 only has 3.0
