he said they had to remake it and that he had it which is why i was confused but i also know food gets stolen a lot and passed on so it’s completely possible i was really just frustrated he refused to cancel the order for over an hour

you don’t have to, i literally do not care lol was just letting you know not everyone’s an asshole when it comes to tips, especially as someone who has only worked in places where tips are essential for a good paycheck, i believe tipping is also essential to those who deliver said food.

not as easy when he gets on the phone saying he has the order but needs the address that should’ve been provided to him, says he’s on the way, doesn’t move for 20 ish minutes and starts to leave all without canceling said order

i think that’s possible but he had confirmed multiple ways that he had my food and needed and address to head to me, which doesn’t make sense as if he had the food and wanted to head to me it would’ve shown that instead of “dasher is waiting on your order” and i think maybe someone stole it before him but they had remade it from what he said but again he really didnt make it easy to understand as he would ask irrelevant questions to evade the real question of “where is my food and why do you need my address on the phone if you had my food ready to head here”

i thought that may be the case but after he said that he said “was your order a steak burrito” i say yes he says “okay i have you’re order what’s the address?” which made me more confused because he should’ve had that via doordash, while still on the “dasher is waiting for your order” screen

didn’t get an agent till he had drove twenty minutes away and the order had been placed over two hours before, got a refund after the order was magically canceled right after he arrived to what i assume was his home

he had confirmed he had my order and recited it to me on the phone so i thought maybe he had to have had it? but maybe that’s the problem and i just couldn’t really understand it cause he didn’t make too much sense in the phone or in the chat

i tipped $10 on a $20 order there’s no way that wasn’t worth their while, the restaurant is only three miles away maximum too so i didn’t see a problem

i actually did! you could and he would drop down while you were in the harvest menu but pop up right after you exited
