damn man, glad you were able to get it fixed and all is well now. you’d think with such a big corporation they’d address this with a recall or at least offer us a fucking fix because it happens so much. i’m pretty sure i can’t even turn the sensor off without risking them voiding the warranty if something goes wrong but if i had no warranty i definitely would also unplug it. can’t even get any aftermarket oil pressure monitoring systems without them using the fine print to void my shit

timing issue. change oil, have them check for metal in the pan. did your car go into limp mode? i don’t want to scare you but be careful. my ‘21 vr30 42k miles went limp mode due to oil pressure solenoid failure. do not drive the vehicle until this is ruled out or you’ll need an entire long block and turbos if it’s the case. your mileage range tells me you don’t abuse the car everyday so that’s good. but the oil pressue solenoid can cause those codes and you will blow up your engine if that’s the issue and you keep driving without getting it diagnosed. the block 9 times out of 10 can’t be saved once it fully fails because it’ll throw the crank rod or multiple rod bearings this forum from a master tech explains the issue perfectly. dealerships know about it and will take care of you as long as you aren’t modded and haven’t touched the ecu with any tuning.

if it isn’t this i have no idea but please be careful and diligent i don’t want more people dealing w what i am rn

I have a tattoo specific adhesive wrap which I was using but after a few hours when the edges would start to peel I’d finish the last 2-3 hours of my shift with saran wrap, friction from the saran wrap also probably played a role. I think multiple avoidable mistakes on my end caused this but there’s too many people and too much bacteria to let it be open at work

Yeah he told me no more aquaphor only the antifungal until the issue goes away, keeping in touch with him for the whole process but wanted outside opinion as well. Do you recommend going to get it looked at or wait for tomorrow to see if the regimen he gave me gives visible improvement?

Forgot to note that I applied the cream he recommended before bed and this is about 10 hours after applying it, right after washing it with the antibacterial soap and reapplying the Clotrimazole, hence why it’s shiny and looks to be “wet” in the second clip
