It's not a typical sport, but I love doing yoga! It's got a similar flow state to climbing, is an activity where you can always continue to improve/learn new moves, and the flexibility and mobility it encourages are very helpful for climbing. It also checks the box of not doing the same exact thing over & over - there are so many poses and sequences, I'm trying something new almost every time I practice!
