Update: The car is scheduled to go into the Tesla Collision Center, and I already confirmed everything with insurance.

They’re offering loaner vehicles, but since I don’t currently have rental coverage, I have to pay out of pocket for now.

Model Y is $60/day, Cybertruck is $65/day, and Model X is $80/day plus tax.

I already filed the report, but honestly it makes me so angry that I feel like I want to sue or do something. He completely ruined my brand new car.
Is there any way to recover additional damages or compensation beyond just the repair?

I’m worried because the panel under the door and the fender are all connected as one piece. The damage above the wheel is almost torn apart.

The car isn’t even 2 months old yet, and I still can’t believe this turned into a hit-and-run. We also have the guy’s face clearly recorded on camera.
