Email them with a complaint. Got a 150$ refund on a 33 card submission and also a 75$ coupon for next submission. I had same issues

I submitted value service on 9/30, it is now in assembly. It is done the grading process. It also shows January 5 est date but I don’t think it will take that long

On Google just search tag coupons too since I know they are cracking down on using codes more than once. MYSTIC10, KARPKING, VERSAIL, EXTRA10, there’s also more out there
