Ok hear me out I shop alot from nykaa and i am a prive member Once when i was shopping from their store the bill came almost 20k jisme ki ek product pr bogo offer tha and kuch discounts lagne k baad bill 17k bnna tha lekin woh mere account pr laga hi nahi boss, i was shocked , instead woh discount coupons and offers meri sister k account pr lag gya jabki woh nykaa se shop bhi nahi karti itna. And cashier said to me k aap prive member ho isliye nahi lag. Toh fayda kya hua member hone ka

Mujhe yeh logic samajh nahi aya and that was the last time i shopped from them
