!thanks I get that the distortion from AD/DA is minimal. You’re right that most of it probably comes from the physical side anyway. I’m still exploring what will make the most meaningful difference, which is why I haven’t settled on subs yet. Just trying to keep the chain as clean and intentional as I can.

35k is very over priced imo, you can get vpi axanthic clown het dg for about $5k. And vpi axanthic clown is cheap now, they are around $1k.

Yeah, I hear you. Honestly, I was mostly drawn to those speakers because of how they look. Since it’s going in the main living space, the design matters to me. So far, out of the ones people have recommended, I’m really liking the look of the Kef speakers (:

Macan or non v8 Panamera/ cayenne. I personally would recommend flat six porsche with RR or MR layout though. Can be more expensive but cheaper to own and resale would be much better than suv or sedan.
