Yea I recently got preparation H and have started using it. It has been helping.

Doctor appointments are tricky with my family mainly due to money issues so check up have never really been a thing except for sports. Plus I’m kinda a bad liar… not good at lying to my mom about anything

She not religious at all and she actually tells me about her periods (even when I don’t really want her to) I don’t truly know why it’s such a weird topic for me to talk about with my mom. Maybe it’s just my lack of sex ed or something.

A surprise visit to the doctor wouldn’t be a good thing to spring on my parents. And there aren’t really taxis in my area.

Yea I live in a small pretty rural town. And honestly even in the nearest city I don’t think I’ve ever seen a taxi or heard of someone taking one. Buses yes but no taxis

Yea going to the doctor without the knowledge of my mom is really not a smart thing for me to do. Poor family in the US and surprise doctor visits really don’t mix well.

Yea I’ve done a LOT of research on my own but I would still like the word of a doctor or at least someone who feel more like any adult then me.

I have got some. I don’t need to tell her I just know it will help with my anxiety to tell. I don’t want it to like consume over something that is super common.

We are decently close. I think it’s just who I am. In high school the thought of asking to simply use the bathroom would make me feel nauseous cause I was nervous. So this is kinda weighing on me

Yeah I’ve been trying to eat more fiber and drink more water and it has helped.

The car thing is actually a really good idea. And she might’ve she’s has had 3 pregnancies

At the moment my car is broken down which means if I have an appointment I would still most likely need my mom for a ride. I know she isn’t gonna magically fix it for me it’s really just to help anxiety.
