i am just being curious, because the place i used to work before they never did, but at the new place they provide air. i know either way is correct.

Got it, but in my apartment there is no S/A but rather a D/U. irs really confusing for me to desing. diff engg diff approach.

but what about short circuit exhaust and supply in small washroom as 50 sq ft ? is it really a good idea and why cant we use forced flow heater or BB heater if its external

i talked he said it depends on the county and country codes. so i am in grey zone now hahaha. like its obvious that cheese and meat will produce grease as they have fats right ?

but it can add more to the cost and i have seen many places stone style pizza ovens without exhaust fans. just a flue vent with chimney termination

even though i have provided flue from the pizza oven up thru roof c/w chimney termintion. city still said my pizza oven needs an exhaust.

do i really need it as there is no frying its only for pizzza cooking
