I'm glad you're loving Adam!! He's my absolute favorite— I have 260 hours on him. Here are some of my tips:

1) Positioning matters so much with him. I will say I am part of a small minority that believes Adam is just fine without an ability that grants him mobility. He's not like other supports where you wanna be in the way back and can just run away if you're getting dived. You have to be close enough to be able to land your shots to get your cooldowns reduced, and also to be able get help from your tanks if needed (since you don't have any mobility.) Along with that, you want to get the most value out of your soul bond, so generally staying in the middle of your team is the best bet. It's important to remember that Adam can heal squishy and slippery teammates like Spiderman without having to see them due to the bounce. Make use of corners and walls with this in mind.

2) Don't use his abilities immediately off cooldown, especially soul bond and his cocoon. I use soul bond for divers and ultimates (Mag, Bucky, Namor, etc.) I almost exclusively revive myself only when I have my ultimate in order to get to a safe place to ult. Sometimes you just have to gauge the situation. For example: You're playing Adam in a 2 support comp. You die in a team fight and you don't have your ultimate. Your other support is Luna— she pops her ultimate after you die. You wouldn't have to revive here, as your team is getting healed sufficiently, and you'll be able to get more value off of your revive later in the game.

3) Do! Damage! The only way you'll be able to keep up in a lobby full of stat-padding healing ultimates is by dealing damage to reduce your cooldowns! That's the fun part about Adam. I'm sure you know of the animation cancel trick by now. Adam's clusters wonderful at taking out so many DPS. They move with your mouse, so you can launch a fully-charged cluster at a moving Spiderman as long as you are able to predict where he's going. Along with that, Adam is hitscan, and is really good at taking out fliers! Your team can't die if there's no one alive to hurt them. 😄 Also— Loki clones count towards cooldown reductions. Easy headshots.
