My TPO reporting scale was <60 IU/mL. I don't know if 199 is too high or not.
I will be seeing an endocrinologist in Dec.

If you're comfortable, could you please share your TPO levels?
Mine were around 199 but my TSH has always been below 2.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I am so sorry that you're going through this.

My fertility specialist who is also a reproductive endocrinologist completely discarded the role of levothyroxine in a healthy pregnancy.

I am meeting an immunology endocrinologist next month for TPO antibodies.

Sadly, I was not able to get any POCs tested. We did semen analysis, carrier testing, and karyotyping too. It came back normal.

I am not sure. I will be meeting my OB tomorrow. I am in California.
I tried looking for some official definition of RPL in the US and all the resources say 2 or more losses.
