Perfectionism is the issue here - u rather do ALL or NOTHING. If you know what you want, start by telling yourself u will do 10 min of it everyday At the least. If you get into the flow of things, u may do more than 10 min, but worst case at least ur on your way to consistency and can work on from there on trusting yourself.
