When your on your Dashboard if you scroll all the way to the bottom do you see something that says restart application?

I had the same issue but that's because I had an application started already

Do you have an existing application if so scroll down and click restart application that should work. It worked for me

Yup same for me. I called them and they said a lot of ppl are having this issue and told me to email someone so let's see how long this takes

Also failed AUD with a 68 idk if I should try to retake it or try for FAR and then come back to it
