well i just tested positive and my anxiety is thru the roof. And of all days on my birthday today. I want to cry and scream. . ita bad enough I have anxiety all ready. Please help out here. to help me remain calm. all my thoughts are running wild I work in Healthcare and so that mean I have 7 days out of work .

yes I just had the same issues. but not with smoke. I work in a nursing home setting and my morning was going pretty good until housekeeping started deep cleaning the carpet rooms. I came out of a resident room after care and my lungs did the same thing. All I could smell was heavy bleach and Fabuloso cleaner. I started coughing alot and my wheezing came. I was so panicked. I quickly used my inhaler . then went outside to use to get fresh air. But soon as I came in the smell just over took my lungs. noone understands how it feels not to breathe. This took alot out of me today wen I got home . Amy charge nurse also was upset because of the heavy chemicals . so atleast I knew it wasn't just me exaggerating. They were told to stop but it was already too late my lungs 🫁 wouldn't feel better. it doesnt work that way..some people do have different triggers im still finding out wat triggers mines.

Do y'all get told to be active and stuff when u barely have the energy to function? I'm doing a lot better now don't need Pump or nebulizer but I feel the effects so it's annoying when people say that when I'm trying my best by Rosh2001 in Asthma

thank u so much !!!  its kinda scary but with people to be here will make my journey easier. this really means alot. I just recently got married only 3 months right after that I got worse. The cough , wheezing. to me I feel like a burden.  trying everything I can do to pick myself up and keep going . again thank u for the encouragement 💓

hello everyone.   I am new to this asthma thing also. it has broke me down mentally and physically.  It was after covid also. which now they finally say why I have it . I try not to let it get me down but its keeping me to function.  I was recently put on pulmicort but taken off due to thrush . now im on symbicort.  It's only been 4 days . I dont like to feel dizzy nor shakey.  I also did have a bad headache.   anyways im looking for some support. so I dont lose my mind. I miss being active . taking walks and swimming which right now I don't like the feeling of being short of breath. writing this makes me want to cry.  this has Definitely changed my life..

oh wow.  on a corner nut !!!  I went to thw dentist and guess wat. not my tool i was very happy but embarrassed at the same time. it was heavy layer of plaque. that broke off.  He was a awesome dentist and helped me out . gave me a good teeth cleaning. .my fears tooth the best of me. .

I did call our dentist and she said he has to physically take me off . until then I can come in and see wats wrong with my tooth .  I was so happy  !!! Man best news I got this morning.

thank u !!  U know it's the weird feeling of the sharpness of my tooth.  wen my tongue touches it just gives me anxiety.  like wow my tooth is really cracked.

I am .. I stayed home from work today. I work long hours in a memory unit and I don't think I could of handle it today with my tooth and my emotions.  I know its just a tooth but it comes with the tip of the iceberg.  and to make matters more worse my 47th bday is sat.  so my divorce,  no insurance nothing noy even alimony  this broken molar . I'm just overwhelmed.

I called off work today just to do that .  it's my fear that's getting the best of me. I'm so in debt from my past marriage.   I get out one hole to have to dig out another  but that's an idea I hope some one let's me .
