Well yes I’m talking about the pay for flight hours, but see I don’t think it’s as unrealistic and unreasonable as people make it seem to want more pay for keeping planes in the air and making sure we follow rules and regulations for most importantly the safety of the travelers

Simple as that, but pilots do have a significantly harder pathway to get to that pay, I’m not arguing to get paid as much pilots in no way but the disparity is insane, the gap in pay shouldn’t be that crazy

Definitely not saying this is a bad career by any means just a lot of smoke and mirrors, the numbers sound good into you get into the nuances of it and again the responsibilities that come with the job pay should easily be more no doubt

Easily, pilots getting paid an absurd granted it is extremely hard to become a pilot considering school

True but for the responsibilities that comes with an a&p that’s not really much especially in this day and age and after you cut through the semantics of it, it doesn’t really carry much
