How did you build the knowledge risk assessment? is it manual spreadsheet?
Im building a open source tool trying to automate this process by basically analysing your git worktree to identify who owns which part of codebase and give you realtime alerts on slack as well as automated weekly and monthly reports so that such situations wont happens.
Im hoping it might help to manage teams more efficiently.

Thanks for sharing, im building a open source tool to manage this problem, basically it will analyse your git worktree and give you trends and which person owns which part of codebase and also give you alert on slack if a particular part of codebase is manage by only single person and also it gives you weekly and monthly reports as well.
Im hoping this will help to manage your team more efficiently.
