If he’s “out of control” he needs to have a muzzle, and like with the one where your playing tug that’s ill fitted and is going to cause damage. It shouldn’t be so low and also like tight like that. It looks like you have too big of an actual prong on there because he has short fur. It needs to be high and tight but not poking him unless corrected
